Check in any time; check out by noon. Realistically though, you'll probably be arriving and leaving using the shuttles we provide, since the venue is quite remote!

🧿 Accommodation

We'll be at the Türker Camping lodge.

The nearest city is Antalya (65km / 40mi away, ~1.5 hour by car), which has its own airport (Antalya Airport). The nearest town is Kuzdere (19km / 12mi away, ~40 min by car), and the organizers will have a car for emergency runs.

All rooms are shared, with 2-3 people per room.

🧿 Food

Türker Camping provides breakfast and dinner (vegetarian options available) at their restaurant; we'll prepare our own lunch in the kitchen. If you have other dietary restrictions please inform us when you buy your ticket.

🧿 Activities

Our lodge is on the Lycian Way hiking trail and there will be lots of beautiful scenery nearby to explore. There are common areas in the lodge for hanging out, and a fire pit and a grill.

There won't be scheduled activities, but participants are invited to create and run their own events!

🧿 Tickets

Included in the price of your ticket are accommodation, food, and transportation to/from the Antalya airport. You just have to get yourself to Antalya!

Tickets are €500, with options to pay more (€600) if you can afford it, or less (€400) if you have low/no income. Please only buy a low income ticket if you really need it; this is an honor system! There is no difference between tickets besides the price. If the cost of a ticket would prevent you from coming, please get in touch!

Tickets will go on sale publicly here on September 28 at 9am PDT / 12pm EST /  6pm CEST.

🧿 Refunds / exchanges

We cannot offer refunds, but you can exchange your ticket with another member of TPOT up to a week before the event. Both the seller and the buyer must email maeby.ever@gmail.com with:

• seller's name + handle
• buyer's name + handle
• dietary requirements for the new ticketholder

🧿 Travel

We will have a few scheduled shuttles to transport people from the airport and back, so please get to Antalya by the 18th and plan to leave after the 24th.

If you miss the shuttles (please try not to miss the shuttles!), we can help make other transportation arrangements (potentially at your own expense).

🧿 Visas

EU, US, and UK citizens don't need a visa to enter Turkey.

Getting an eVisa

• Here is the website to apply for an eVisa. Here is the list of nationalities that can use an eVisa.
• You can't apply more than 3 months in advance. You should apply at least 48 hours before your arrival.
• You can enter your nationality on the website to check how much a visa will cost for you:

If you screw up somehow and don't manage to get the eVisa in time, you can still get one on arrival (it's probably a bit more expensive).

Check the weather for Antalya - January will be mild and cool, but also potentially rainy.

The lodge provides hair dryers, shampoo, towels, and sheets. There is no laundry.
